Create Windows XP Boot Disk

Windows XP is one of the popularmost operating systems which exists in the market. It can be easily set up and used. Windows XP can be installed straight from disc. You do not require to boot from a disc. You can complete this if your PC can boot with a CD drive. If you can’t boot a PC with a CD drive, then you can make a Windows XP boot disk.

With these steps you can create a Windows XP Boot Disk.

1. Firstly, decide which version of Windows XP you are using. You can do this by
going to the System menu option in your Control Panel.

2. Secondly, download an executable file from Internet and then run it. This file has
an application which you will need to make a Windows XP boot disk.

3. Thirdly, label every 1.44MB disk. Just make sure that you place the right disk into
your drive when you will be prompted to do so.

4. Put CDs into your CD drive when you will be asked by the boot maker.

5. Check all the bootable CDs by rebooting your PC and by putting the first boot disk
in your CD drive.

6. Make sure that you have set a BIOS to check your CD drive before other drives.

With these steps you can create a Windows XP boot disk and use it accordingly.
