Volvo Debuts Entertainment with Wi-Fi
Now while sitting in any of your Volvo transportation you can experience a full package of entertainment with their Wi-Fi connection. Volvo, to make a debut of their next generation of rear-seat entertainment, has preferred the Volvo XC70 and Chicago auto show.
The rear-seat entertainment will not only contain a fancy DVD player for the kiddies. Instead it will run a factory touch-screen and a full-blown computer for their rear-seat passengers. According to the workforce of Volvo, their system is dubbed with RSEi-500 which is an industry first system.
FEATURES:
The RSEi-500 system is a Windows XP based system that does not have any kind of crashing complains. It consists of a hard drive that holds a storing capacity of five hundred gigabyte, a Sprint 3G/4G and Wi-Fi cellular connectivity, a supplementary A/V input for connecting iPods, media players and gaming systems. Additionally it consists of a USB port for the flash drives and DVD players.
According to the officials of Volvo, the RSEi-500 system does not hold any tormenting capabilities. To download music, movies and TV shows you can ably hook the Wi-Fi connection to your home network.
Volvo even confirmed that the Wi-Fi users can surf the Internet or check their Email Inbox. They can even make a peaceful download of the various apps that will personalize their car.
This special device will soon be available on several Volvo vehicles. So wait for sometime and from June you can try it out in your Volvo transportations.
