The users who have used MS Office suite should have knowledge about the copy, paste and cut options in MS Word. 2. Using the Alt/Tabs you can easily go to the Internet browser.

3. Then they can highlight the desired text with their mouse.

4. For copying the text that is selected, the user hits the tabs Control + C.

5. For coming back to the paper that they are preparing, they just presses the Alt/Tabs in MS Word.

6. For pasting the text, the user hits the keys Control + V.
