Delete Your Web Cookies



You often hear the word Cookie while talking about your PC’s Health.

A web cookie or a browser cookie is a small portion of text that gets saved on a client’s computer by any web browser. A cookie contains one or more named value pairs that hold crumbs of data like user preferences, usernames that are logged-in, session identifier or additional data that are needed by the websites on Internet.
These cookies are stored on your client’s machine like any other file. It is very important that they should be cleaned up regularly so that it can free your disk space and fill up all your security loopholes.

To delete Cookies from Mozilla Firefox, you just need to follow these simple steps:

1. Firstly open your Mozilla Firefox browser
2. Click Tools from your browser’s menu bar.
3. Then Select Options
4. Select Privacy from your listed tabs
5. In your History panel, click Show Cookies or Remove Individual Cookies
6. Click on Remove All Cookies to clear up cookies from your computer
These steps will definitely optimize your PC’s Health. To delete Cookies from
Internet Explorer 8, just follow these steps:

1. Firstly open Internet Explorer 8 browser
2. Then click Tools menu and select Internet Options or you can type inetcpl.cpl in the Run command.
3. Select the option General in your listed tabs on your Internet Properties box.
4. Under your Browsing History panel, just click Delete
5. In your Delete Browsing History dialog box, click on, to clear all the check boxes except for the Cookies in your check box.
6. Click Delete to remove all the cookies from your computer

By these steps you can delete cookies from both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 8 which will optimize your PC’s Health.
