Do not make your Email messages Public
The most important thing to know aboutEmail at work is its privacy. The confidentiality is not at all assured unlike your personal Email services. Using the companies ‘Email’ system, the supervisor may check every email message that you had sent to other people.
Often companies pursue this process in order to provide protection for the improper utilization of their Email system. The regular verification of the Email messages is done to prevent the harassment of the innocent people, chain letters, and so on.
Companies, however, never inform its employees about this monitoring process. Therefore when employees are told that their Emails are monitored; do not get worried because it is your work email systems that are monitored. Although, you may think that this monitoring is like a raid towards your privacy, the companies contend that they possess every right of monitoring.
Despite of how an employee may experience the privacy policies of work email system, it is a reality that the supervisor can notice every email message via this email system.
It is a better idea not to treat your work email as your public email address. Compose emails from your personal email id and send those to your intended recipients without further delay.
