Install Windows XP easily

Now you don’t need a specialist to install your Windows XP on your computer. With these two given ways you can help yourself. The most important thing that you need are Windows XP installation CD and its product key.

Follow these steps to install Windows XP:
1. First start your computer from the Windows XP CD .Insert the Windows XP CD into your CD or DVD drive and restart your computer.
2. When "Press any key to boot from CD" message appears on the screen, then press any key to start your computer from the Windows XP CD.
3. When the Welcome to Setup screen pops up, press ENTER to begin Windows XP Setup.
4. Press F8 after reading Microsoft Software License Terms
5. Then select the partition in which you want to install your Windows XP, and then press ENTER.
6. Then select Leave the current file system intact (no changes) option and press ENTER to continue.
7. Press ESC to install it to a different folder.
8. If your Setup program in your computer detects another operating system folder, it will prompt you to type the name for the new folder after a backslash (\), for example, \WINXP. If your computer doesn’t detect any other operating systems, then the Setup program automatically names the folder \Windows. If you have successfully installed Windows XP, you are done. If this above process did not help you to install Windows XP to a new folder then go to “Next Steps” section.

By using these steps you can install Windows XP in your computer without any help, as you can do it all by yourself.
